Yes — The Buffalo Sabres are Officially Back in the Playoffs
After a 15-season drought — the longest active in the NHL — Buffalo has clinched a playoff berth in the 2025-26 season. As of Saturday, they sit at 46-22-8 (100 points), currently 2nd in the Atlantic Division (tied in points with Tampa Bay Lightning but with one more game played), and in a strong position in the Eastern Conference.
