The first big trade of the season is done after the New York Islanders sent LW Matt Moulson, New York's 1st round pick in 2014 and New York's 2nd round pick in 2015 to the Buffalo Sabres for LW Thomas Vanek.   Vanek's value will be on the rise as he is slotted to take over Moulson's spot on the top line alongside John Tavares. He is in a good spot and has a great chance to excel with the Islanders. Moulson's value, on the other hand, will now decrease. He doesn't have the same star caliber players in Buffalo as he had in New York, players that will keep up his point totals from the last few years.   With almost 4 complete weeks of NHL action in the books, players are starting to find their scoring touch. Sidney Crosby continues to lead the NHL in scoring with 18 points in 11 games. Some players that you may not have pictured as top 10 in scoring, even this early in to the season are Islander's C Frans Nielsen (15) and St. Louis Blues C Alex Steen (15). Both players could still be available
