Not-So Citizen Kane: Who's Going to Jail Now?

This story gets more funny by the day. Over the weekend, the Chicago Blackhawks 20-year old superstar Patrick Kane was arrested for allegedly beating a cab driver over a $13.80 cab fare. Some writers on this site, and others, have called for harsh action against the baby-faced star winger. Apparently the harsh action might come for the alleged victim. In news breaking on Tuesday morning, Jan Radecki, the 62-year old driver and alleged victim, drove the Kane boys home illegally. Talk about your bad night out! Reports are that Radecki's license is suspended because of a DUI in 1999. His license is currently still revoked. Can the city courts of Buffalo now levy a penalty against Kane and his cousin for not paying Radecki for providing an illegal service? That should spark some intriguing dialogue. Where will this story go next?
