Chicago Blackhawks Hockey - Chicago Blackhawks center, Patrick Kane, is a very recognizable face here in the Windy City.  Of course it is because who wouldn’t notice that good looking, two time Stanley Cup winning, and Team USA player walking down the street. He has made a name for himself here playing for the Chicago Blackhawks. Patrick Kane’s Tweet This past Sunday Kane was lucky enough to make it back, and play in his hometown of Buffalo, New York. The night before the Blackhawks took on the Sabres, Kane tweeted about the good time feeling he got being home. Patrick Kane gave Buffalo a taste of his skill when he scored the first goal in the Blackhawks 2-1 win over the Sabres. “It’s always emotions and different feelings going through my mind when I come back here,” Kane said. “But it was nice to score early and kind of settle down after that.” Kane Speaks About Being Home Everyone likes to be home and in their hometown with their family and friends, but for a hockey superstar like Patrick Kane, he goes home to feel like a regular 25 year old. “I don’t get any star treatment. Maybe people recognize you here and there. Except for maybe today, throughout the summer I feel like I’m a regular 25 year-old guy. That’s one of the reasons I come back. That’s one of the best parts about it.” It had been, what Kane said feels like a while, since the Blackhawks were able to play in his N.Y. hometown. Lucky for the graceful stick handler the Chicago Blackhawks will now play in Buffalo at least once a season. “It’s something that’ll happen every year from here on out. But up until this year it feels like I haven’t played here in a while. It’s exciting being back home, seeing some family and friends last night.” Without a doubt, Patrick Kane’s town was happy to have him back, and Chicago is happy to have him all the time.   Sources: Chicago Blackhawks, Kane Twitter, WGRZ, NHL, NHLBlackhawks Twitter Author informationOlivia HoganFeatured Columnist at Sports MockeryIf you have any questions or comments please contact info@sportsmockery.com - Thank you for reading.TwitterFacebookLinkedInThe post Patrick Kane Feels Normal Being Back in Buffalo appeared first on Sports Mockery.
