The Nashville Predators announced Wednesday morning that they will be hosting a Predators vs St. Louis Blues Alumni Game Saturday, November 10 at 5:30 PM CT. The game will be held at a local ice rink outside of Nashville, called "A-Game Sportsplex" in Cool Springs. Proceeds go to benefit the victims of Hurricane Sandy.     Below is the Press Release sent out by the Nashville Predators:   While the current versions of the Nashville Predators and St. Louis Blues won’t be facing off at Bridgestone Arena on Saturday, Nov. 10, a group of alumni and coaches from the two Central Division rivals will get together for a charity game at 5:30 p.m. that night at A-Game Sportsplex in Cool Springs. Former Predators J-P Dumont, Stu Grimson, Dan Keczmer along with assistant coach Lane Lambert will help man a Predators alumni squad directed by co-benchbosses Terry Crisp – Nashville TV color commentator who is one of only a select few to both play and coach for Stanley Cup winning teams – and Brent Peterson, current hockey operations advisor and former coach/NHL player. The Blues alumni team is headlined by current broadcasters Kelly Chase, Tyson Nash and Darren Pang, as well as Blues community ambassador Bob Plager and former All-Star defenseman Jeff Brown. A suggested $5 donations will be accepted at the door with proceeds going toward Hurricane Sandy relief work in the Northeast and Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Notable Predators alumni/coaches:  J-P Dumont – 822 NHL games played with Nashville, Chicago and Buffalo Stu Grimson – Predators Radio Color Commentator, 722 NHL games played with Nashville, Calgary, Chicago, Anaheim, Detroit, Hartford/Carolina and Los Angeles. Lane Lambert – Predators Assistant Coach, 283 NHL games played with Detroit, NY Rangers and Quebec Dan Keczmer – 235 NHL games played with Nashville, Minnesota/Dallas, Hartford and Calgary Predators TV Color Commentator Terry Crisp and Hockey Operations Advisor Brent Peterson will be behind the bench for the Predators alumni squad. Notable Blues alumni: Kelly Chase – Blues radio analyst, 458 NHL games played with St. Louis and Hartford Tyson Nash – Phoenix Coyotes radio analyst, 374 NHL games played with St. Louis and Phoenix Darren Pang – TV analyst for the Blues, TSN and NBC Sports, 81 NHL games played with Chicago Bob Plager – Blues community relations department/Blues Radio, 644 NHL games with NY Rangers and St. Louis Jeff Brown – Head Coach of the NAHL’s St. Louis Bandits, 747 NHL games with Quebec, St. Louis, Vancouver, Hartford, Carolina, Toronto and Washington. It will be really cool to see a packed house at A-Game Sportsplex to see an Alumni Game, without having the Winter Classic being held in Nashville. Be there 30 minutes early to get a seat, before the only place to watch the game left is standing room only. Former-Predator J.P. Dumont has been at A-Game very often training with his good friend and other Predators players, waiting to get a call from an NHL squad. Meanwhile, Assistant Coach Lane Lambert is playing C-League adult hockey at A-Game for the "Red Dogs", so he is ready to play. Head Coach Barry Trotz is also on the Red Dogs, but he isn't on the alumni roster. Looks like radio/TV personalities will be facing-off. Big, bad and tough Stu Grimson will be going against TSN and NBC Sports analyst Darren Pang, who should be in net, Phoenix Coyotes radio analyst Tyson Nash and Blues radio analyst Kelly Chase. Should be a very fun event! Come out and watch some hockey!
