Boston’s offensive struggles continued Friday night, losingin a shootout in Buffalo 2-1. While the Bruins were still able to pick up apoint, a loss is a loss and they seem to be happening on a regular basislately. The last time Boston was in Buffalo, Tuukka Rask was pulledafter allowing 3 goals on 10 shots and Julien appeared to want to give his netminder a chance at redeeming himself, as well as resting Tim Thomas for thisevenings road trip finale.Buffalo almost got the scoring going very early on. Theirtop line of Vanek-Roy-Pominville generated a ton of pressure early by settingup right off the opening drop.
