McColgan, Noreau released from ATO’s

In addition to bringing in Dylan McIlrath on an ATO yesterday, the Connecticut Whale announced two additional roster moves for the Whale’s playoff push. Defenseman Sam Noreau (5th – 2011) and forward Shane McColgan (5th – 2011) were released from their respective ATO’s to make room for McIlrath. McIlrath joins Connecticut on ATO

As expected, Dylan McIlrath (1st-2010) will be joining the Connecticut Whale for their playoff push on an ATO. McIlrath played with the Whale on an ATO last season as well. In two games, he finished with seven PIMs and a -1 rating.

Part of it...

One could say that the effort in that game wasn’t where it should be for...
