Moments after it was announced that the Sabres have traded Robyn Regehr to Los Angeles, the team announced yet another roster move.
The team has called up forward Luke Adam from Rochester in time for tomorrow’s contest against Pittsburgh. While a call up usually doesn’t signify much, the fact that it happened late on a Monday night could mean otherwise.
Could the Sabres be close to dealing captain Jason Pominville? Drew Stafford? More will be known soon enough.

The trade market for available veteran, stay-at-home defensemen is very sparce right now. Which creates a ton of value for Sabers UFA-to-be, Robyn Regehr. As the witching hour of 3pm Wednesday 4/3/13 draws closer, Regehr's intrinsic value will continue to rise just because the supply is low and the demand is getting higher by the hour.
Regehr played some nasty and passionate...
There have obviously been way more lows than highs under Terry Pegula's ownership. Who would have thought that two years ago? All the dreams we had about money changing the trajectory of this team for the better was nothing more than treachery.
