Andrew Gross at the Bergen Record was able to speak with Glen Sather about Rick Nash's medical treatment with HC Davos... "[Nash] knew where he was going, he’d been there before [during the 2004-05 lockout] so I’m sure he knows their medical people are good. I’m sure they’re giving him all the treatment that he needs." ...this is something that would freak me out if I was the Rangers. Not only is their prized free agent aquisition injured from playing in the Swiss league, but Blueshirts doctors can't even evaluate him because of the lockout. Let's hope the doctors in this league are better than those in the KHL. Here's more from Sather on locked out players getting injured overseas...
