Sebastien Piche scores lone goal for Whale RT @ctwhale: Whale drop a tough one in Worcester 2-1 #bleedgreen

— New York Rangers (@NYRangers) October 5, 2012

The CT Whale are now 0-2 in the preseason.

The Whale were outshot 36-23 and were 1-for-6 on the power play.

Scott Stajcer stopped 21 of 22 shots for the Whale.

For a recap visit CTWhale.com.

...just 40 shots and two goals in two games for the Whale. Not very good offensively. Hurts not having their top two offensive players in Kreider and Hrivik in the line-up. Again, nothing on the scoreboard from Thomas.

...solid game from Stajcer, who might have the best chance to be Hank's heir apparent.
