Days of Y'Orr:
Sorry we're a day late on this, but we were all out celebrating Pizz's birthday yesterday when the news broke.
But in case you haven't heard, Tyler Seguin, Rich Peverley and prospect Ryan Button got shipped off to the Dallas for Loui Eriksson, blueline prospect Joe Morrow, who moves for the second time this year, and right wingers Reilly Smith and Matt Fraser.
So apparently Peter Chiarelli's ************* of Tyler Seguin last week was anything but a scare tactic. We like Seguin and wanted to give him one more year in Boston before conemding him or not, but we can't realy be too angry about this trade at all. Eriksson is a solid two-way player who hit the 70 point mark for three straight years and had 29 points in this lockout season. So think Patrice Bergeron but with a little more offensive pop. The kinda guy Chiarelli and Julien love.
We don't know too much about the Stars prospects but people seemed to be pretty excited about them, so...
BEST OF MAXIM
PARTY IN THE USA
Tyler Seguin was traded by the Boston Bruins on Thursday, reportedly because the team was unhappy with his partying ways. In a wonderfully ironic twist, the youngster just so happened to throw a party the day he was traded. Numerous people tweeted about being at Seguin’s house on the Cape for a July 4 party [...]
BLAME THE HACKERS
Tyler Seguin's Twitter account sent out a homophobic joke, but the Stars player said he was hacked.
The joke is from the movie “Full Metal Jacket”, but no one is going to do the research on that.
Long drive back to Toronto then Dallas for a few days

Seguin realized it was 2013, deleted the Tweet and blamed a hacker. You notice how the hacker always just makes one Tweet and then the original owner gets full control of their...
The Boston Bruins need look no further than Tyler Seguin’s statistics in the 2013 NHL playoffs if they want to justify trading him to the Dallas Stars. Seguin scored only one goal and tallied seven assists in 22 postseason games. That brought his total to six goals in 42 career playoff games with the team. [...]
Tyler Seguin has had a week to forget. First he gets traded from the Boston Bruins to the Dallas Stars on July 4, supposedly because the Bruins thought he was too much of a party animal. Then his parents have to comment on whether or not he’s too much of a partier. Then he supposedly [...]
Tyler Seguin may be on his way out of Boston.
With just eight points during the Bruins’ playoff run, it’s no secret that Seguin’s production was a disappointment. After the run, general manager Peter Chiarelli said the 21-year-old had to “become more of a professional,” as it was revealed Seguin’s name came up in deadline trade talks.
Now according to multiple reports...
The Boston Bruins have decided to cut ties with young superstar, Tyler Seguin. The former second overall pick in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft is now property of the Dallas Stars. The Bruins shipped Seguin to the Stars in a massive seven-player deal. If you are as shocked as I am about the trade here is as good a reason as I could find: according to Boston Bruins general manager Peter...
According to Darren Dreger of TSN, the Bruins and Stars are close to a deal sending Tyler Seguin to Dallas for Loui Eriksson.
The 21-year-old Seguin recently got publicly called out by Bruins GM Peter Chiarelli. Chiarelli said that Seguin needed to learn how “to be a better pro”. Off ice issues appear to have damaged Seguin’s standing with the team. It’s also...
As if Boston sports needed more bad news. Boston athletes were generating enough negative PR as it is. Enter Tyler Seguin.
Well exit Tyler Seguin, he does so many dumb things that he got himself traded out of town to the Dallas Stars. Mostly because he’s such a party animal. To be fair, Tyler Seguin is pretty dumb when he’s sober too. His partying got so bad that the Bruins hired...
So much for taking it easy on the Fourth of July.
While most Bostonians were lounging by the beach or hanging out at a cookout with a cold one, Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli and Co. were busy engineering the biggest blockbuster trade of the NHL offseason thus far.
That deal sent Tyler Seguin, once considered the key to the B’s future, and third-line grinder Rich Peverley to...
On Independence Day, the Bruins made a blockbuster trade with the Dallas Stars, sending Tyler Seguin, Rich Peverley, and minor league defenseman Ryan Button to the Stars in exchange for Loui Eriksson, Joe Morrow, and two forward prospects in Reilly Smith and Matt Fraser.
The trade comes after almost a week of rumors and speculation surrounding the young forward. The...
Boston Bruins general manager Peter Chiarellie reached an agreement on a blockbuster trade with the Dallas Stars on Thursday. After falling just short of a second Stanley Cup championship in three years, Chiarellie decided to clear cap space and bring in one of the game’s more
Less than a week after Peter Chiarelli called out Tyler Seguin for not being professional enough, the Bruins have traded Seguin along with Rich Peverley and Ryan Button to the Dallas Stars in return for Loui Eriksson and three prospects. The move provides the Bruins with some cap relief and they get one of the league’s most underrated players as well.
Eriksson has netted 70+...
Huge trade in the works. Boston and Dallas close on a deal sending Tyler Seguin to Stars for Loui Eriksson. Other parts involved as well.
