The Minnesota Wild may have to do without Niklas Backstrom for some or all of their upcoming five-game road trip after the veteran netminder suffered a lower-body injury in Friday's 4-2 win over the New Jersey Devils.Backstrom lasted just one period after allowing two goals on nine shots. He appeared to have injured himself early in the first period on Zach Parse's goal but remained in the game.Wild head coach Mike Yeo said he didn't believe Backstrom's injury was "extremely serious," but the 33-year-old is expected to miss some time on the upcoming trek.Backstrom has been sensational so far this season, going 8-5-2 with a 2.09 goals-against average, a .932 save percentage and two shutouts.
