An MRI given to Minnesota Wild goaltender Josh Harding (lower body) on Sunday came back normal. Harding will be reevaluated and if he believes he can handle pain, the hope is he will meet the team to back up Niklas Backstrom on Monday against the St. Louis Blues at Scottrade Center.
The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports that Harding apparently had leg spasms and that is sounds like he'll be day-to-day.
Harding missed his scheduled start Saturday against the Winnipeg Jets when he was hurt during warm-ups. Backstrom, just activated from injured reserve, started in Harding's place in his first game since Nov. 13.
