Blackhawks sign veteran forward Brad Winchester

The Chicago Blackhawks have agreed to terms with forward Brad Winchester on a one-year contract the team said Wednesday. Playing last season for the Milwaukee Admirals of the AHL the 32-year-old Winchester had 27 points (nine goals 18 assists) in 37 games. In 390 career NHL games with Edmonton Dallas St. Louis Anaheim and San Jose Winchester has scored 68 points (37 goals 31 assists).
