Capitals Select Chandler Stephenson in Third Round

The Washington Capitals have selected forward Chandler Stephenson 77th overall.  Stephenson is currently playing Major Junior with the Regina Pats of the Western Hockey League, where he skated with Capitals prospect and current Hershey Bear Garrett Mitchell.  Stephenson is a center/left winger and had 42 points (20 goals) in 55 games for Regina this year.  He stands 5'11"...
