No scheduled hearing for Backlund after Enstrom hit

Calgary forward Mikael Backlund doesn’t have a disciplinary hearing scheduled after hitting Winnipeg’s Tobias Enstrom from behind Saturday night, an NHL spokesman has confirmed. Backlund was only assessed at minor penalty for boarding at 14:51 of the third period. Enstrom left the game immediately and did not return.
