Goaltender Leclaire retires

Goaltender Pascal Leclaire announced his retirement Tuesday due to a recurring hip injury. Leclaire, 30, was taken by the Columbus with the eighth overall pick of the 2001 NHL Draft, and spent parts of six seasons with the Blue Jackets.
