Plekanec Could Waive NTC
from Pat Hickey of the Montreal Gazette at Hockey Inside/Out, Tomas Plekanec, who has been with the Canadiens his entire NHL career, has been the subject of talks with several teams. While the Canadiens have dropped out of the playoff hunt and are looking forward to next season, they want an established player in return for Plekanec, preferably a winger with some size.

Video: Plekanec Wins Faceoff Into Own Net
Tomas Plekanec is one the NHL's elite faceoff men, but tonight against the Boston Bruins he wishes that he had lost at least one more faceoff. During the first period tonight he beat Patrice Bergeron on a defensive zone draw, but the puck went back towards netminder Carey Price who completely whiffed on the moving the puck to the corner and instead had it end up in his own net...

TAKES TWO TO TANGO
Habs' Plekanec, Price team up for own goal
Montreal Canadiens’ Tomas Plekanec had a great goal off of a faceoff this evening against the Boston Bruins. Unfortunately for Tomas and Carey Price, the Canadiens goaltender, the puck ended up in the wrong net. Plekanec easily won the the faceoff hitting it back towards his goal where Carey Price made a pretty large blunder by not stopping the puck.
