I'll preface my comments by saying that i realize that its only Day 1 of sabres training camp.
However, veteran winger Ville Leino looked very good to me during today's scrimmage. I'm impressed with full-go, high tempo approach. His surgically repaired hip and lung ailment are fully healed to the point where the Finn looks like his old self again.
Weeks ago, when oft-injured forward Ville Leino left the starting lineup, many speculated as to the extent of his injury. Leino and the team were quick to say that the injury was nit related to the winger's recurring hip ailment.
