Dalpe reassigned to Checkers

The Canes have reassigned forward Zac Dalpe to the Charlotte Checkers (AHL). The personnel move allows Dalpe to play AHL games with the Checkers during the NHL All-Star Game break. Dalpe, 22, has played in three Canes games since his Jan. 18 recall from Charlotte. He has played in 16 NHL games this season, scoring one goal and two assists.
