Report: Rogers arrested for nude rampage

A professional skateboarder was locked up Thursday after going on a nutty naked rampage at a New York City hotel, the New York Post reported, citing sources. Jereme Rogers was bellowing incoherently and ripping pictures off the wall in an 11th-floor hallway at the Affinia Shelburne in Murray Hill around 9 a.m. when security was called, sources said. "He was throwing paintings off the wall and stomping on them," a source said. "He was out of his mind." The heavily tattooed Massachusetts man, who was named Transworld Skateboarding magazine's 2005 rookie of the year, was charged with criminal mischief and criminal possession of marijuana. He has competed in the X Games and in 2010 got back on his skateboard after a brief retirement. Rogers, 26, boasted to Jenkem magazine last year of his prowess with women, when asked if he actually had bedded 1,000 women. "I can't really keep count at that point. I have quite the rap sheet," Rogers said. "The ladies and me just work well." In 2009, he was arrested when he peeled off his boxer shorts and ranted in the nude from a rooftop in Redondo Beach, Calif. He later apologized, telling cops he had "bugged out" after eating some psychedelic mushrooms.
