Roma are seriously interested in making a move for Juventus full back Filip Kostic, who has also attracted attention from Crystal Palace.

The 31-year-old Serbian full back impressed in his debut season with the Old Lady, scoring three goals and providing 11 assists across 54 matches, but he has struggled to replicate those contributions this term, managing just four direct goal contributions.

Last week, reports emerged detailing how Crystal Palace had made contact with Kostic and his entourage to start exploring a possible summer move, keen to reunite the Juventus full back with his former Eintracht Frankfurt coach Olivier Glasner.

Roma compete with Crystal Palace

Francesco Balzani of Calciomercato.com details how Roma are interested in picking up Kostic to replace Leonardo Spinazzola, believing the 31-year-old would be a good fit for Daniele De Rossi’s squad. The Serbian full back has a price tag of around €10-11m and a salary of €2.5m net per season.

Crystal Palace are also keen to snap up the Juventus man, so things could heat up as the summer transfer window approaches.
