Morocco have called up Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz.

While he has been mentioned by Spain coach Luis de la Fuente for his Euros squad, Brahim remains uncapped by La Roja.

Instead, Morocco coach Walid Regragui has called up the midfielder for the matches against Angola (March 23) and Mauritania (March 26), says Cadena SER.

Brahim recently gained Moroccan citizenship, but also has never shut the door on playing for Spain.

However, a final decision from the player now looms, as if he plays for Morocco this month, he will no longer be eligible for Spain.
