– As noted earlier, former Ring of Honor stars Jay and Mark Briscoe (The Briscoe Brothers) were spotted at ringside at Saturday night’s 7/6 WWE event in Ocean City, Maryland. Wrestling media reports are stating that neither have signed a deal with WWE and it appears they were simply attending the show as Jay Briscoe noted in a recent interview that friends who work for WWE generally give them tickets to the shows. It’s more of a story with the duo no longer being under contract with ROH at this time. As noted, they are taking time off from ROH right now and have not signed WWE contracts. – WWE developmental wrestler Richie Steamboat turns 26-years-old on Sunday.
