WBC welterweight champion Ryan Garcia crashed WWE Raw on Monday night and smashed a guitar over wrestler Joe Hendry's head in a segment that helped promote his upcoming Zuffa Boxing debut against Conor Benn.

Garcia appeared in the ring during a segment featuring Hendry and Danhausen, initially playing guitar alongside the performers as they worked the crowd. The mood shifted when Garcia turned on Hendry and cracked the instrument across his back, per MMA Fighting, triggering an attack by The Judgment Day's Dominick Mysterio and JD McDonagh on Hendry, Danhausen, and the Mini-Hausens.

Garcia's Crossover Sets Up SummerSlam Weekend

The Raw appearance marks Garcia's first foray into WWE programming under the TKO umbrella. He signed with Zuffa Boxing earlier this summer to face Benn in a September 12 grudge match that puts his welterweight strap on the line.

The segment also served as table-setting for this weekend's SummerSlam event in Minneapolis, which features Mysterio taking on Danhausen on the Sunday card. Garcia's guitar shot closed out one of the stranger episodes of Raw in recent memory.

SummerSlam runs Friday and Saturday nights, with Mysterio-Danhausen scheduled for the second evening's lineup.
