KISS to perform in conjunction with Tribeca Film Festival 'Biography: KISStory' screening

It's been nearly 50 years since KISS formed in 1973, but they're still pushing the envelope and notching first-time experiences.

According to KISS's official website, the legendary (and famously masked) hard rockers will give a first-ever performance for the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. The band will take the stage at an undisclosed location right after Part One Biography: KISStory's screening.

The post reads, in part: "Founding members Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons will be joined by current band members Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer for a multi-song, live, performance at the event."

KISS announced Tuesday their two-part, four-hour A&E documentary due to air June 27 and 28 beginning at 9 p.m. EST:

A&E also released a formal press release, which can be viewed here.

This year's full Tribeca lineup is available here.
