Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas announce they 'have welcomed a baby via surrogate'

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are parents!

Chopra, 39, and Jonas, 29, have been married since December 2018 and announced Friday (Jan. 21) that they have welcomed their first child via surrogate by posting the same statement:

Last March, Chopra opened up to Oprah Winfrey on Super Soul about the beginning of their relationship:

Chopra and Jonas first met, informally, when Jonas reached out to her on Twitter, and then met IRL at the 2017 Oscars. The rumor mill starting churning when they walked the red carpet at the 2017 Met Gala, and they were engaged by July 2018.
