Everyone is looking forward to the 2025 season, and that includes Kansas City Chiefs superfan Taylor Swift

A source spoke exclusively with PEOPLE, detailing why this season will be so much different for the singer.

“Taylor is really looking forward to the upcoming NFL season. Not just because she loves supporting Travis, but because for the first full season since they started dating, she’s not juggling a packed tour schedule,” a source said.

“This fall will be completely different,” the insider added. “It’s the first season where she’s not constantly flying back and forth or working around an entire touring calendar.”

Over the past two seasons that Travis Kelce and Swift have been an item, she has been on her world famous Eras Tour, which was a three-hour performance that celebrated her entire music career. And she played 149 shows in 51 cities across five continents.

But, now that it's over, she gets to just enjoy watching football, with no worry about traveling back and forth every single time.

“The past two seasons were a whirlwind between performing across multiple countries, long flights, and trying to squeeze in alone time together wherever possible. It wasn’t easy but they made it work,” the source told the outlet.

“Her schedule is much more open now that the Eras Tour is wrapped and she’s genuinely excited to have the time and flexibility to show up for Travis more consistently,” the insider continued.

The queen of Arrowhead Stadium will be back and better than ever this season.

“Taylor plans to be at as many of his games as possible,” the source said. “They’ve both had such demanding schedules for so long, so having this stretch of time where things aren’t quite as chaotic feels like a welcome change.”
