'Reacher' Season 4 is Making One Change With a Crucial Character

In Reacher Season 4, the popular action series will adapt the story of the Lee Child book called Gone Tomorrow, a popular, nail-biting novel, which partly takes place on the New York City subway. And now, it appears that we know exactly who will be partnering with Jack Reacher in this specific adventure.

Back in June, set photos from Reacher Season popped up on Getty images, in which actress Sydelle Noel could be seen side-by-side with Alan Ritchson. And now, fans have identified who Noel is playing.

Theresa Lee is now Tamara Green

As fans have pointed out on Instagram, Noel — known for her role in GLOW — is playing a character named Tamara Green. This is a change from the book, in which her character was named Theresa Lee. In both the original book and in Reacher Season 4, the character is a homicide detective and teams up with Reacher.

So, this is a name change for a major character, but there's no reason to believe that she'll play a vastly different role in the overall story. Although Reacher seasons tend to take some liberties with the source material of the various books, the characters and plots tend to stay fairly faithful.

Reacher Season 4 release date

Because Reacher Season 4 is currently filming, the series is expected to hit Amazon Prime Video sometime in 2026. But the spinoff show, Neagley, will almost certainly debut before Reacher Season 4. In fact, some rumors suggest Neagley will hit Amazon Prime Video before the end of 2025.
