Honestly, I probably could have lived with Lowell as a lost prospect if he had gone from the Marlins to like, the Giants or something. That he went to Boston, at a time when the Yankees were swollen, behind the times, and the Red Sox were embracing the first wave of modern analytics, adds insult to injury.
