The latest reports suggest that Ime Udoka was involved with a staffer as well as a Celtics' minority owner's wife.

The Ime Udoka cheating scandal has been one of the biggest talking points around the NBA world in recent days. The Boston Celtics coach was expected to take another step after leading the team to the Finals in his first season but finds himself suspended instead. While there was quite a bit of support for Udoka in the beginning from certain people, that has since dried up thanks to multiple people suggesting that the matter is worse than it seems.

The suggestions so far haven't provided any concrete details, although a report did say that Udoka had an affair with an employee that handles travel for him and the team. But that in itself, which was initially called a consensual relationship, isn't the only affair Udoka was seemingly involved in, with some speculation about a potential relationship with a Boston Celtics' minority owner in the mix.

A Report Suggests That Ime Udoka Was Having Multiple Affairs, Including One With The Wife Of A Minority Owner

Ime Udoka's situation has set imaginations ablaze as everyone tries to figure out what exactly happened. The Head Coach's infidelity and suspension are public knowledge, but the details are yet to come out. And now, some reports from SideLine Sports reporter Khaled Abdullah have come out providing details that were unknown up to this point.

"Heard some things about Ime Udoka situation from friend at NBA league office. We’ll see what’s real when the news drops: Udoka and Nia Long are in an open relationship and he is a 'serial offender' with the ladies wherever he coached. In Boston he slept with team staffer."

"That handles team accommodations and bookings. She is married and her husband caught em. Husband went to the team and they signed paperwork saying it was consensual and that should’ve been it. Later she said Udoka was inappropriate to her before they hooked up.

"Team told him to chill but he kept doing whatever and then slept with a Celtics minority owners wife. That was too much for them and they suspended Ime. If it was mid-season they would’ve fired him but it’s offseason so more time to investigate and see what else he did."

While there is no way to fully verify this account and tell if it's true or not, it fits with the few pieces of information that have been made available so far. The secret at this point has become too big to keep, so we will likely learn more in the future, but one way or another, the situation does seem to be a very unfortunate one.
