The video of Shannon Sharpe single-handedly starting a situation between him and the Grizzlies stars went viral, and fans noticed Steven Adams' role in the situation.

The NBA rarely ever sees large skirmishes, and even if it does, they are usually between players on the court. It's only every once in a while that players get involved with someone in the crowd. But that's exactly what happened during the game between the Lakers and Grizzlies when Shannon Sharpe ended up in a war of words with the whole team.

Initially, it seemed like the problem was with Tee Morant, Ja's father, but on closer review, the fracas started long before Tee got involved. And while Dillon Brooks, Ja Morant, and Tee Morant all got mentioned by Shannon Sharpe while talking about the incident, Steven Adams was left out of Sharpe's statement. Which is odd seeing as the big man was right in the thick of the crowd.

Steven Adams has described himself as a 'big b*stard' in the past, his size is no joke. The Grizzlies big man is arguably the strongest player in the NBA. And while he is usually an amicable fellow, reminding people of their manners, when he gets mad, it can be intimidating for just about anyone.

NBA Fans Highlighted How Everyone In The Fight Between Shannon Sharpe And The Grizzlies Avoided Getting In Steven Adams' Way

As one of the best teammates in the league, Adams was always going to jump in to make his point in an altercation like that. And he seemed quite heated himself, moving people aside to make sure he was able to say what he had to. Fans noticed how no one quite wanted that smoke from Adams.

"When Steven Adams steps up you know you doing too much talking."

"Shannon ain’t even look Adams way man."

"Bro, even the trainers was scared of the big man."

"Person I would least like to fight in the NBA: Steven Adams."

"The hair was down..so he meant business."

"That’s the one person Shay Shay ain’t want it with."

"Shannon ain't even mention him after."

"I like it better when Adams is being a big lovely bear."

"Shannon didn’t approach Adams as the others."

"That man is rock solid, bruh."

While fighting with any other player is one thing, making Steven Adams angry has got to be something that not many can boast of. Shannon Sharpe and Tee Morant buried the hatchet later after the argument, but it should probably not have happened in the first place. It's just a good thing the situation didn't escalate further.
