When talking about some of the most iconic duos to ever be formed in the NBA, there is no way you can leave LeBron James and Dwyane Wade's duo off the list. The two NBA superstars formed a superteam back in the 2010-2011 season alongside Chris Bosh.

While Bosh was without a doubt a super-talented player, the media loved the dynamic duo of James and Wade. As the two guys were already pretty good friends even before joining forces.

But in their first season, they were given a reality check by the Dallas Mavericks in the 2011 NBA Finals. They were simply outplayed by the Mavericks, but it was important in their journey of becoming NBA greats.

The next year, they won against the OKC in the finals and LeBron won the first ring of his career. Following that season, the 2013 NBA Finals were without a doubt a turning point in LeBron's career.

James and co. had to face against one of the most complete teams to exist in the league. Yes, we are referring to the San Antonio Spurs. Recently, James' partner in crime, Dwyane Wade, shared how LeBron and himself prepared to face the Spurs.

"The whole training aspect of it, LeBron and I being two great players and being two great friends, pushing each other. You know that photo was right before game one of the 2013 NBA finals. And we knew that it was going to be on us to lead this team and we knew we were about to be in a dogfight. Because we were playing the San Antonio Spurs and they were going to test us physically and mentally and emotionally in all the fields. So that was getting ourselves stilled and prepared for what this series was about to hand us."

The 2013 NBA Finals had some of the most iconic moments in the series. It went to seven games and when the dust settled; it was the Miami Heat who won the championship.

This was LBJ, Wade, and Bosh's back-to-back wins. It was undoubtedly the result of the training that the superstars went through during that period of time. Otherwise, they might not have won two championships in four years with the Miami Heat.
