Josh Gordon didn’t have a say in where he landed after being waived by the New England Patriots, but he seems to be OK with his destination.

Gordon was claimed by the Seattle Seahawks and was enthusiastic about the move in an Instagram post.

Also enthusiastic: quarterback Russell Wilson, who has a new toy.

Gordon has every reason to be happy. The Seahawks are a contender, and he’s likely to play at least some role in their offense. Plus, there’s the basic notion of being wanted — the Patriots were ready to get rid of him, while the Seahawks were happy to claim him. Things are looking up for him at the moment.
