Between the hair and the size -- 6-foot-3, 304 lbs. -- it'd be easy to mistake this man to the right, Willie Holmes, for Terrence Cody. But it is not him, so you can stop asking him for autographs.
Holmes was a potential juror in Baldwin County and had jurors and judges debating whether he was actually Mount Cody. Evidently Holmes played defensive tackle in high school and is a Bama fan despite attending Alabama A&M.
Holmes said at one point, Presiding Circuit Judge James Reid even announced to jurors that "we have a celebrity in the courtroom," joking that Cody was in the building.
Reid, who admitted to be an Alabama fan, said Monday afternoon that he knew the whole time that Cody wasn't in his courtroom, but he still told the look-alike to joke with his clerk and tell her he's the star player.
[Holmes] said after the Tennessee game, when Cody blocked two field goals, he was praised for his game-winning effort and was asked for autographs at a local Walmart.
