Former Michigan State All-America Allen Brenner, one of college football's top two-way players in the late 1960s, died Monday in Clinton, N.C., following an extended illness. He was 64.

It’s all most tournament time and Michigan State is at it again. Spartans were on three game winning streaks, they just made it four. We are used to the Spartans making great runs in the post season leading to the tournament. This Spartan team has a great intensity level right now, first gaining their revenge on Michigan, and then defeating #3 Ohio State at Columbus.
