The Mets replaced Argenis Reyes with Angel Berroa, not much of a surprise in this move, it's been expected since Reyes was sent down before the All-Star break. Berroa hasn't done much this year in his short stint with the Yankees but he does has a successful track record in the past. Berroa has struggled the past three seasons, but still has a .260 lifetime BA. He can play SS, 2B, 3B and OF ( minor league exp.).Berroa, 31, won Rookie of the Year honors in 2003 with Kansas City when he hit .287 with 17 homers and 73 RBIs. In all or parts of eight big league seasons coming into '09, he was a .260 batter, but hit just .136 in 22 at-bats for the Yankees in 21 games before being released in late June. source MLB.com
