Cox/ Getty Images) Following a round of pro-am golf Thursday, Boston Celtics head coach Brad Stevens spoke about basketball, and what was going on in regards to the status of point guard Rajon Rondo per Tom Layman of the Boston Herald. “I have never heard a timeline from him & the latest that I’ve heard from our medical staff is that he’s progressing well. Our staff has spent a little bit of time with him off site here as well as we followed up on his rehab when he’s been away." “He will be back in town soon. He’s working. I know that for a fact. He’s working hard to get back as soon as he can and I’m sure he will.” This is a much better prognosis than the one teammate Jared Sullinger gave last week, when he said, "(Rondo's) back working out again and hopefully he'll be back by December." The uncertainty of Rondo has created uncertainty for Avery Bradley who said Tuesday that he is unsure what position he will play this season- dropping the hint ...
