The Winnipeg Jets can get untracked at the MTS Centre by sweeping a brief homestand and building even more momentum to take back on the road. Looking to win consecutive home games for the first time in almost a month, the Jets try for a season-high fourth straight victory and fifth in a row over the Washington Capitals on Saturday. Fresh off a 4-1 trip, Winnipeg (10-9-1) snapped a four-game home slide with a 3-1 victory over New Jersey on Thursday. Andrew Ladd scored 8 seconds in and added the go-ahead goal in the third period to help the Jets improve to 4-5-0 at home. Winnipeg has scored first in seven straight contests, winning five.
