ARLINGTON, Texas -- As of Thursday night, cornerback Morris Claiborne was the only draft pick from the Dallas Cowboys' 2012 class yet to agree to a contract.
Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones said Tuesday that he expects to have the sixth overall selection signed by the time training camp begins in late July.
Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said Wednesday that the team and Claiborne's agent, Bus Cook, are working through some details.
"I don't see any reason to be alarmed or concerned," Stephen added.
Claiborne didn't seem alarmed or concerned about his rookie deal following the final day of mini-camp at Cowboys Stadium.
"I'm not worried about that right now," Claiborne said Thursday. "Everything that I've been hearing has been going good, so right now those guys are the professionals out there. I like to be knowing what's going on but I leave it up to them and let those guys handle that."
