ON THE COURT
PLAYER OF THE GAME: Even in defeat, the honor goes to Bucks rookie point guard Brandon Jennings. He nearly had a triple-double with 17 points, nine rebounds and nine assists. And Jennings easily could have posted 12 or 13 assists if his teammates had made several layups that he set up with pinpoint passes.
PLAY OF THE GAME: The Bucks had pulled within 88-83, putting together a 9-0 run a few minutes after coach Scott Skiles inserted four subs with Jennings. But Jason Kapono nailed a three-pointer to restore Philadelphia's margin to eight points with 4:36 remaining.
