PLAYERS: Johnny Knoxville
My favorite ******* character is getting a movie and no, it’s not Party Boy.  Johnny Knoxville’s ******* grandpa character, 86 year old Irving Zisman, is getting his own movie this October in Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa. The movie will have a scripted story but feature actual interactions with regular people, similar to Borat, involving Knoxville and his eight year old grandchild, played by Jackson Nicoll, driving across country.  Jeff Tremaine, director of the Jackass series and Bad Grandpa, tells USA Today about the movie and writing with Knoxville saying, “We both had reservations only because we had never fleshed the character out and didn’t know if it could sustain for a movie, then we decided to come up with a story, and the story became really important. Yet it still houses these pranks which are shot in the real world with real unsuspecting people.” ******* Presents: Bad Grandpa is in theaters October 25.  Take a look at the trailer below: The post Johnny Knoxville Brings ******* Grandpa to Big Screen appeared first on The Nosebleeds.
