PLAYERS: David Letterman
ESPN is in full defensive spin mode after another quarter of ratings drops, and David Letterman decided to drive the knife in a bit further with this “Top 10 Lowest Rated Shows” bit. Right ESPN, you’re definitely losing viewers because of lower rated teams and less meaningful games. It has nothing to do with putting yourself in manufactured stories, pushing “Tebow Mania!” and “Look at the Lakers!” until everyone’s blue in the face, and your race to become a marriage of CNN and Fox News as fast as you possibly can. And once everyone caught on, we got tired of you real.*******.fast. Keep it up. Can’t wait for you to take ALL the remaining fun out of sports with your cookie cutter anchors and vanilla programming. I just hope when you go under in 2016, PTI can at least find a new home. Who Else Missed NHL 94? Rodmans New Vodka
