Loney Arrested In November After Car Crash

You see this is what I love to wake up to in the morning. Yep crawling out of bed and finding out that the starting baseman for your favorite baseball team was arrested for spitting on a police officer, my favorite. Yes, you heard me correct, James Loney was arrested on November 14th after crashing his Maserati into a Mercedes, Toyota, and a Mini. After officers arrived on scene, Loney was handcuffed and then taken to the hospital. Loney then became "uncooperative" and spit the mouthpiece back at one of the officers. Loney eventually had to be placed in arm and leg restraints after becoming "aggressive." The hospital staff even had to give Loney an injection to calm him so they could conduct their tests, a breathalyzer and blood tests, which all came back negative for drugs and alcohol. A spokesman said the Dodgers are aware of the incident and they are looking into it. A representative for Loney could not be reached. The Los Angeles city attorney will decide...
