The Denver Broncos (13-3) are riding an eleven-game winning streak, their longest since 1998, into the postseason.  During the regular season, the team broke many records and posted several monumental numbers—three of them listed below: Dating back to last season, #Broncos‘ WR Eric Decker has caught 21 touchdowns—the same amount of TDs as Detroit’s Calvin Johnson since 2011. — Jon Heath (@JHeath_DEN) December 31, 2012 Denver’s Eric Decker caught 85 passes for 1,064 yards and 13 touchdowns this season—marking the first time in franchise history a player has caught 20 touchdowns in a two-year span.  His partner in crime, Demaryius Thomas, caught 94 passes for 1,434 yards and 10 touchdowns, marking the first time the franchise has had a pair of receivers post 1,000-yard seasons since 2004 (Rod Smith and Ashley Lelie). P. Manning finishes reg. season w/Broncos records for completions (400), pass yds (4,659), comp pct (68.6), TD passes (37) and rtg (105.8). — Patrick Smyth (@psmyth12) December 30, 2012 Quarterback Peyton Manning had the best season by a quarterback in franchise history.  Well done, Peyton.  Credit must also be given to Manning’s offensive line, however, which did a fantastic job this season. The #Broncos finished 2012 with the most sacks recorded on defense (52) and the second-fewest sacks allowed on offense (21). — Jon Heath (@JHeath_DEN) December 31, 2012 On defense, the Broncos’ pass rush was led by Von Miller and Elvis Dumervil, who combined to record 29.5 sacks—the highest total of any pass rushing duo in the NFL this season.  With 18.5 sacks on the season, Miller broke a franchise single-season record.
