Lions Blog:
Matt Millen thought the idea was laughable that Ndamukong Suh is dirty and that the Lions' defense is too aggressive. "Let me tell you something," Millen said during Tuesday night's Sugar Bowl at the Superdome. "There's 32 teams in the league. Call the other 31 and ask them if they want him. End of story."

Saints’ Evans: Suh does dirty things, but he’s a phenomenal player
When the Lions visited New Orleans during the regular season, defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh was back home in Oregon because he was suspended for his Thanksgiving stomp. So Saturday’s Lions-Saints playoff game will be the first time the Saints’ offensive linemen have blocked Suh. And what do they expect to see? Pretty much what everyone…

Saints OL Jahri Evans Says Ndamukong Suh is Dirty After the Whistle
Saints guard Jahri Evans is a Pro Bowl lineman preparing for his team’s Wild Card playoff game against the Lions Saturday. He has one of his toughest assignments of the season — protecting Drew Brees from Detroit’s rowdy defensive line led by Ndamukong Suh. Though Evans respects Suh, he recognizes the Lions lineman is dirty.

Real Tweets From Real People - Matt Millen
I had anticipated taking a larger look at all the announcing from the day after New Year's Day... until the Fiesta Bowl last night. That was when Matt Millen had a largely exclusive broadcast window for the nation to revel in his football knowledge, weird logic, mixed up cliches, and overall ineptitude as an announcer. As I wrote on Twitter last night, it was an epic performance...

The Saints come in as heavy favorites, but the Lions aren't likely to hand the game over. The Saints are hoping to repeat the results of the December meeting when they...
NFC Wildcard Preview: Detroit Lions Not Just Happy To Be Here
After more than a decade of "rebuilding" -- jumpstarted by the work done by Jim Schwartz and Martin Mayhew after the disastrous Matt Millen era -- the Lions are finally back in the playoffs. Don't expect this pugnacious team to celebrate right away, though. These Lions are hungry for a win. We talked to Al Beaton of The Wayne Fontes Experience, our Detroit Lions blog...

OK, LET’S KNOCK OUT THE OBVIOUS:
Despite the New Orleans Saints (13-3) having a stellar 8-0 record at home this season, the Detroit Lions (10-6)are banking to show the world they’re not just a “one-and-done” wild card contender, but eventual Super Bowl opponent. Detroit has won every game since losing to New Orleans except their heartbreaking 45-41 loss to Green Bay at...
