The Denver Nuggets waived guards Anthony Carter and Ben Uzoh on Thursday to reach the NBA roster maximum of 15 players. Carter averaged 4.3 points, 5.0 assists and 2.0 rebounds in three preseason games. Uzoh had two points and three assists in one preseason game for the Nuggets.
