The Fighting Illini football coaching staff is identifying and offering scholarships to a number of upcoming juniors, a necessity in this age of early recruitments. Among those who have received offers is Oak Lawn Richards quarterback/athlete Tommy Mister. He was excited about the offer.

The Fighting Illini football coaching staff took to the road this week, hosting summer one-day evaluation camps at seven venues within the state. They found a few diamonds on their trip, including wide receiver/defensive back Andre Harris. The St. Louis prospect has a strong interest in the Illini as well.
