Kentucky head football coach Mark Stoops had a nice surprise for his players today – the entire team was given iPads. We’ve seen college athletes utilize these before – for example, the Georgia Bulldogs use them to view their playbook. We’re not sure if Kentucky will follow in UGA’s footsteps, but it wouldn’t be a surprise. Here’s a photo right after the team was gifted the tablets, from UK Stoops Troops’ Instagram:  Here’s another photo from the Kentucky Specialists Twitter account:  The Wildcats will kick-off the 2013 season against Western Kentucky on August 31st in Nashville.
