GREEN BAY, Wis. In this week's media session with Aaron Rodgers, the Packers quarterback talked about his mindset with an undefeated record, playing at a high level all season, his seventh-grade basketball team, Tim Tebow and more. Five question-and-answer highlights:1. Are you ready to talk about 16-0 yet? RODGERS: It's not that we're not talking about it, it's just, right now, we have other goals. We're trying to wrap up the division, get a home playoff game secured, and if we're fortunate enough to be sitting at 14-0 or 15-0, then we can start talking about it a little bit.2. Are you amazed that backup players can keep stepping in and playing well? RODGERS: I wouldn't say it amazes me. It's kind of the way we're built around here. We have a personnel department that brings in a lot of talented players. The last two or three years have been very difficult cuts in the preseason because you see so many guys who stake a case to make this team and the best 53 end up making it. And when a guy goes down, the next guy's expected to step up and play at, or very close to, the level of the guy in front of him.3. What do you think about Tim Tebow? (Bob Holtzman, ESPN) RODGERS: I'm going to leave that to the experts at your station.4. It was about this time last season that you started to play really well. Now you've been playing at a high level all year ... RODGERS: It's been at a high level. But I think, as I said earlier in the season, we need to be playing our best football this month and beyond. As we saw last year, maybe the team that's got the best record doesn't always end up winning the Super Bowl. It's the team that gets the hottest, that maybe gets healthy at the right time or figures out that missing piece that hasn't been kind of clicking. And that starts to work and they're getting all three phases going, and that's the team that's going to make a run to the playoffs and ultimately win the Super Bowl.5. Have you ever been on a team that hadn't lost any games? RODGERS: I was on a basketball team in seventh grade that won probably 20 in a row. Our JV football team was 10-0, as well. So, 10-0 might be the best.
